The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and long-term care goals in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Tennessee.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident evaluations; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents.
