Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital in Midway, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehab team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and collaborating with therapists and physicians to drive recovery.

You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor plans, and educate families. A night shift differential is available and a $10,000 sign-on bonus accompanies a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid as required by state
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
