Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation (Night Shift) for Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in South Miami, Florida. This is a 13-week contract with 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM and a rotation every other weekend.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehab or Med-Surg nursing. Active RN license, BLS, and BSN preferred. You will work within a state-of-the-art facility focused on maximizing patient recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting.
• Valid RN License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN is preferred but not required depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and support rehabilitation goals across multiple disciplines.
• Provide assessments, create care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately using Cerner EHR.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse position at Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital involves providing specialized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and other rehabilitation-related conditions. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to maximizing patients' health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting. IRF and Med-Surg experience are required. Candidates must be adaptable and capable of functioning well in a team-oriented environment.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
