Job summary

Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our Vent Unit on a part-time basis. You will assess residents, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience working on a Vent Unit is required.
• Strong patient-centered care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.

• Monitor vital signs and document clinical information.
• Provide wound care and nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Registered Nurse - Vent Unit

Part-Time

24 hours a week

Must have experience working on a Vent Unit.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
