Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing facility. As an RN in our long-term care community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resident care in an agency-free environment with strong leadership and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Supervise and mentor STNAs to ensure exceptional daily resident care.
Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician-prescribed care plans.
Monitor residents’ conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
