Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio, is seeking an RN for PRN night shifts to deliver safe, compassionate care from admission through discharge within a resident-centered team.

The RN collaborates with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality nursing services and compliant care delivery in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs.
• Monitoring residents' conditions, promptly recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and appropriate team members.
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment.

About the RN Role

As an RN at Sunrise Manor, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to our residents from admission through discharge.
