Job summary

Austin Oasis seeks Registered Nurses to join our team across all shifts. We provide comprehensive medical services under one roof, emphasizing resident independence and dignity, with a focus on preventing rehospitalization and returning residents to home.

We offer a revised compensation package, benefits, and flexible scheduling for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Shifts include 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state RN license.
• New Grad Nurses welcomed.
• Current CPR certification.
• Covid-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant in accordance with regulations.
• Interact with patients in a patient, tactful, and professional manner.
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current state and federal rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work well with others.
