Provides nursing triage services and health advice for patients over the phone and in person if applicable. Assesses and determines the patients’ acuity level and the need for medical support. Provides results and education related to diagnostic testing to ensure continuity and quality of care. Responsible for accurate, appropriate and timely telephone and electronic messaging. Provides protocol-driven clinical advice.Job Duties:

Position Details:
Hours: 36 hours per week; Days/nights -hours will fall between 7am to 7:30pm and 7:00pm to 7:30am. Shifts may be 12, 8, 6, or 4 hours in length. The length of shift may vary, as schedules are based on patient needs.
Weekends: Every other weekend rotation
Holidays: Rotation
Travel: Less than 25%- Travel may be required for orientation/training, meetings, or other business needs.
Experience: BSN preferred. 5yrs nursing experience preferred. ICU/ED experience preferred. Specialty certification preferred. Proficient computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Windows, & TEAMs.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)Experience:
