Job summary

AdventHealth Parker in Colorado is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse. You will assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and document care meticulously in the EMR.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of surgical OR experience.

• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficient in English; EMR experience preferred.

Job Description

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
