Job summary

AdventHealth Parker in Colorado is seeking an Oncology RN for a full-time day shift. You will assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress within a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates may receive a 10K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Certification in oncology care and EMR experience are preferred; BLS and RN licensure are required to practice in Colorado.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's degree required.

Job Description: Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
