Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Night Shift to lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. This full-time role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to patient safety.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate with providers and families, and ensure accurate documentation and patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Prior supervisory experience as a registered nurse preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and CNAs to ensure excellent patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to improve health outcomes.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medications, tests, and treatment plans.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize patient outcomes and staff efficiency.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and deliver educational programs and materials for patients and families.
