As a full-time RN, you will deliver compassionate care to residents, assess and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual goals.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license.

• Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized needs and goals
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring effective and efficient treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
