Mosholu Parkway Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing care and coordinate with residents, families, and the care team. The role emphasizes high-quality care delivery, adherence to care plans, and effective collaboration with multiple professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a NY RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of supervisor-level experience in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home.

Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

• Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home experience
• Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
• Onboarding Documents: A photo ID, social security card, and bank account are required for this role
