Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care plans and supervise nursing staff. This role emphasizes quality, compliance, and teamwork.

You will conduct unit rounds, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate care to keep residents safe and comfortable. Active RN license and prior supervisor experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, supervising and supporting nursing staff, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance.

Shift Openings:

• 3:00p-11:00p FT Monday to Friday
• 3:00p-11:00p PT EOW

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• Previous Supervisor experience
