Job summary

Home Hope and Healing Inc. is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide 1-on-1 care at a client’s home in the Gray, ME area. The role covers home and school-based pediatric care with a Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

schedule, offering block-time shifts and flexibility to work Per Diem or Full Time. Training and ongoing regional Nurse Manager support ensure you have the resources to meet client goals while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred or training program available for new grads.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 nursing care in the client’s home.
• Support home and school-based care with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).
• Work block-time shifts (8–12 hours per day) with options for days, evenings, or nights.
• Flexible to work Per Diem or Full Time in the location you choose.
• Receive training and ongoing support from regional Nurse Managers.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of RN experience, or we offer a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for all newly licensed nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience
• Successful passing of background checks
