Home Hope and Healing Inc. is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide one-on-one home health care in the Jefferson, ME area. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and days, with flexible options for per diem or full-time work in the location of your choice.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license.
• 1 year of RN experience, or Preceptor Training program for new graduates.
• Successful background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing in the patient home as needed.
• Assess patient condition and develop care plans.
• Deliver care across evenings, weekends, and weekdays as scheduled.
• Document care provided and coordinate with care teams.

Job description

There is a very special child living in the Jefferson area who needs skilled 1-on-1 nursing in their home. This family could use your help, Monday-later afternoon/evening, Tuesdays and Thursdays daytime/evening, Saturdays and Sundays daytime/evening.

Block time shifts

• 8-12 hours/day; days, evenings, or nights

Flexibility to work Per Diem or Full Time in the location that you choose

Training and Support

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of RN experience, or we offer a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for all newly licensed nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience
