Job summary

Focus Health Network is seeking a registered nurse (RN) at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center in Milton, PA. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions in a fast-paced facility.

Eligible candidates hold an RN license in Pennsylvania, have at least 1 year of nursing facility experience, and are comfortable with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a nursing facility.

• Maintain accurate records of patient care.
