CPC Integrated Health in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support individuals in outpatient behavioral health services. The RN coordinates care, provides health education, and helps clients overcome barriers to wellness, working days with the treatment team.
You will take vitals, document in the EHR, assist with screenings, medical case management, injections, prior authorizations, and emergency response while promoting recovery‑oriented care.

The RN supports individuals receiving outpatient behavioral health services by coordinating care, providing health education, and assisting clients in reducing barriers to achieving their wellness goals. This is a daytime position that primarily provides case management and care coordination. The RN will collaborate with the prescriber, treatment team, and external providers to promote both physical and mental health recovery.

The position requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment is required. Employees must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate information pertaining to this position. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds.
