Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced and friendly environment where you get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families, promoting Vibra Healthcare's mission and values. Care includes direct care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality, establishing professional relationships, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Freedom from illegal drug use and effects of drug and alcohol use in the workplace.
