Pulse Heart Institute at MultiCare is seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team for night shifts in a .6 FTE role with 12-hour shifts and weekend rotations. The position emphasizes CVICU care within a multidisciplinary environment.

Applicants should have an active RN license in Washington, BLS and relevant certifications, with BSN preferred and at least one year of acute care experience. This role supports a culture of ownership and professional development at MultiCare.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

• Certification in specialty area preferred
• One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.

The pay scale is $48.15 - $90.83 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.

If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
