Medicine Step Down
Location: University of Oklahoma Medical Center 7W
Shift Available: PRN 6:45a-6:45p or 6:45p-6:45a
Medicine Stepdown/Intermediate 7W unit consists of 27 beds, 11 Step Down and 16 Med Surg beds. Medicine Stepdown/Intermediate unit is looking for motivated, compassionate, and disciplined nurses craving a stimulating, learning experience, and a strong team environment! This unit cares for a variety of both lower acuity and complex critically ill patients with multifaceted disease processes requiring higher level of care and closer monitoring. The Medicine Stepdown/Intermediate unit offers a challenging environment where you can develop and enhance your complex nursing skills while making a significant impact on your community!
General Description:An OU Health Registered Nurse (RN) works under general supervision, providing the highest quality of care to patients in a hospital setting with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in patient care as a Registered Nurse.
