Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio seeks an RN for the PRN dayshift to provide safe, compassionate nursing care from admission through discharge within a resident-centered, team-based setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans, supervise aides, and ensure high-quality care across shifts. Competitive wages and PTO support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs.
• Monitoring residents' conditions, promptly recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and appropriate team members.
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment.

About the RN Role

As an RN at Sunrise Manor, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to our residents from admission through discharge.
