Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse, preferably with a BSN, to provide routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The nurse will address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, accurately document all care and patient history, educate patients and families on health topics and medications, and plan for patient throughput, discharge, and transfers to optimize flow.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing unit operations, ensure safety, manage staffing, and maintain equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Proficient in health info documentation, medical equipment, and order processing.
  • Utilize required certifications including BLS, RN license, and specialty certifications such as C-EFM, STABLE, ACLS, and NRP within specified timeframes.
