Job summary

White Glove Placement New York is seeking a highly skilled Post Partum RN for an Auburn, NY assignment. The role requires extensive obstetric expertise and real-time fetal monitoring proficiency.

You will work 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) over a 13-week assignment, providing high-level postpartum and neonatal care. Active NY RN license with at least 2 years of postpartum experience is essential, along with LDRP, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Post Partum experience.
• LDRP experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required.
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification required.
• Experience with high-risk antepartum care and obstetric triage.
• Ability to assist with high-risk deliveries and C-section circulation/recovery.
• Vaginal delivery experience and ability to recognize abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.
• Experience with IUPC placement and calibration.
• Experience with magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, anticoagulation, and antihypertensive therapy.
• Experience with postpartum hemorrhage management and pregnancy-induced hypertension.
• Mother-baby and newborn assessment experience.
• Breastfeeding/lactation support and parent discharge teaching experience.
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and complete telemetry assessments.
