White Glove Placement, Inc. is seeking experienced pediatric critical care RNs to join a per diem PICU float pool in Newark, NJ. This 12-hour day shift role requires flexibility to float across pediatric units within scope.

Assignment length is 13 weeks. Requirements include active NJ or Compact RN license, PICU, NICU, and Pediatric Step Down experience, BLS, PALS; NRP/APHON preferred, Epic experience required.

Join a pediatric critical care float pool supporting a high-acuity pediatric population in a dynamic hospital environment. This per diem opportunity offers 12-hour day shifts and requires experienced pediatric critical care nurses who are comfortable floating across units within their skill set.
