Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promotes health, safety, and well-being using the nursing process and in compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in Palliative Care, Acute Care, or Case Management
• RN license in state or compact license required
• BLS from the American Heart Association required
