Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse Overnight Supervisor to oversee overnight nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and JCAHO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during overnight shifts.
• Ensure coverage and coordination of patient care, medication administration, and Medical Records.
• Oversee and address variances in patient care, reporting concerns to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during overnight shifts
• Ensure seamless coverage and coordination of patient care, medication administration, and Medical Records maintenance
• Oversee and correct any variances in patient care, reporting any concerns to the Director of Nursing
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any training or development needs
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics, as required by regulatory agencies and company policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing improvements

Requirements:
