The Springs of Jonesboro is currently hiring a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to supervise daily nursing operations and ensure quality care delivery. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care and maintain documentation.

As a Night Shift Charge Nurse, you will assess and update care plans, administer medications, and help residents with daily tasks while promoting independence and dignity. Full-time hours with a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
