AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time night-weekend position requires RN licensure and an Associate's degree in Nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor's in Nursing.

Candidates must be proficient in English and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills in a high-stress environment.

Job Description:

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of surgical experience (OR) [Required]
