Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for night-weekend coverage. You will assess patients, develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes. Strong English communication and safety procedures are required.

Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments.
