Office Location:

1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 205, Camp Hill, PA 17011

Coverage Area:

Franklin and Adams counties; travel throughout the territory may be required to meet patient needs.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 8:00 am

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure in the state of operation
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or similar settings preferred
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
