Job Summary:

The RN Nursing Supervisor oversees resident care, supervises nursing staff, and ensures compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include staffing, resident assessments, medication administration, staff training, emergency response, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in the state
  • Experience in nursing, with supervisory experience in long-term care
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, medications, sanitation, and resident care
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to handle emergencies and train staff effectively
  • Positive attitude and empathetic approach towards residents
  • Verification of negative TB test annually
Responsibilities include:
  1. Verifying staffing and coordinating resident care
  2. Collaborating with charge nurses and other departments

  4. Participating in resident care meetings and quality programs
