Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a compassionate RN to join our nightshift team on a part-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, perform assessments, and document care plans, collaborating with physicians and family members.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, an active OH RN license, and CPR certification. You will supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents, and contribute to individualized care

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active OH RN license and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor patient\'s condition and notify the physician of any changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on our Nightshift team, you will be accountable for providing exceptional care to our residents, working in collaboration with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising Nursing Assistants, monitoring patient's condition, and notifying the physician of any changes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
