You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to uphold high standards of long-term care.
Qualified candidates hold an OH RN license, a Nursing Degree from an accredited program, and CPR certification.

As a Registered Nurse on our Dayshift team, you will be accountable for providing exceptional care to our residents, working in collaboration with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising Nursing Assistants, monitoring patient's condition, and notifying the physician of any changes.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
Monitor patient's condition and notify the physician of any changes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
A current, unencumbered, active OH RN (Registered Nurse) license and current CPR certification.
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements that pertain to long-term care.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
