Overview

RN – Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Neuro at St. Joseph’s Hospital, BayCare Health System. The Neuro unit consists of neuro medical and neuro surgical patients, part of a comprehensive stroke unit committed to delivering optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
