A healthcare provider is seeking an RN Nurse Navigator Triage to provide nursing triage services and health advice for patients over the phone and in person. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and the ability to provide clinical advice and coordinate care across department specialties. Hours: This is a day/evening position; 40 hours weekly. Hours will fall between 7am and 11:30pm. Shifts may be 12, 8, 6, or 4 hours in length. Schedules are made based on patient needs.
Weekends and Holidays: Every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation.
Travel: Less than 25% - Travel may be required for orientation/training, meetings, or other business needs.
Experience: BSN preferred. 5 years nursing experience preferred. ICU/ED experience preferred. Specialty certification preferred. Proficient computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Windows, & TEAMs.
Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years-Nursing (Preferred)
Certification(s) and License(s): Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body, Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
