BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN for the Med/Surg Tele Observation unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital - North in Lutz, FL. Primary duties include patient care using nursing processes, delegation to team members, and maintaining professional accountability.

Preceptor and charge nurse roles may be required. Requirements include an RN license, BLS, and 2 years of RN experience; ACLS preferred if the department requires it.

Qualifications

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
