Texas Health Resources in Flower Mound, TX, is hiring an RN for Med/Surg on the night shift. You will provide safe patient care, respond to priorities, and work within a high‑performing team on a modern unit.

Requirements include an RN license, Nursing Diploma or ADN, BSN preferred, at least one year of RN experience or completion of RN residency, and BLS. The department emphasizes confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• One year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of a RN residency program required.
• Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You Need

• Nursing Diploma in Nursing Required Or
