Job summary

VyTalent Solutions seeks an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) for a hospital contract in Wheeling, West Virginia. The role involves bedside care for diverse conditions and will require collaboration with the nursing team to maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients with CHF, COPD, cellulitis, pneumonia and other conditions.
• Titrate heparin drips based on aptt results.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and PCTs to deliver quality patient care.
• Adapt to floating, prioritizing external traveler staff for float assignments.
• Follow hospital policies, including maintaining appropriate patient ratios and wearing navy blue scrubs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, R/O, chole, appe, pneumonia, urosepsis, and AKI.
• Titrate heparin drips based on aptt results as required.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and PCTs to deliver quality patient care.
• Adapt to floating as needed based on census, prioritizing external traveler staff for float assignments.
• Follow hospital policies, including maintaining a 1:6/7 ratio and wearing navy blue scrubs.
