The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, care coordination, and various nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and reliable care within the scope of nursing practice.
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
