Job Title: RN, Registered Nurse - IMC/ICU BTT4

Join The VIOS Clinic as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the IMC/ICU BTT4 unit. This full-time position involves providing routine and complex patient care, managing long-term health goals, and collaborating with the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess patient situations, delegate tasks appropriately, and utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, considering psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
2. Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitor effects, and document care accurately.
3. Evaluate learning needs and provide education to patients and their families.
4. Meet competency expectations, complete orientation, and maintain required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC.
5. Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, especially in perioperative care.
