BayCare's staffing resource office is currently in search of experienced ICU nurses who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

**Position** : ICU Region Float Pool PRN-floats between a region of hospitals (PRN requiring 4 shifts in 6-week schedule to include 2 weekend shifts and a holiday bundle).

Region 1 includes St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay hospitals.

Region 2 includes St Joseph's Main, St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South and Wesley Chapel hospitals

Region 3 includes Bartow Regional Medical Center, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven hospitals.

Requirements:

· Registered Nurse license

· BLS & ACLS (AHA) are required, and cannot expire within 30-days of start date

· Associate degree in nursing (ASN). BSN is preferred.

· 2 years current ICU RN experience in a hospital setting is required. Comfortable with floating to variety of units and hospitals.

· Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred.

· Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts.

· Flexibility

·Travel Nurse experience preferred.

Scheduled by the SRO. Floats within their assigned region hospitals every shift. Assigned hospital 2 hours prior to the start of the shift by the SRO staffing team based upon the most critical need for the shift.
