Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patients/families to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote patient health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process, adhering to standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate personal accountability in relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Team Contributions

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, review of medical records, and clinical data.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions such as IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Protect patient rights and promote safety through advocacy and collaboration.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• RN license (State or Compact)
• BLS certification

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
