Job summary

NHC Place Sumner is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in a family-oriented environment. You will collaborate with the care team and use Nursing Tools to support residents in daily activities and health monitoring.

Join our team for 12-hour shifts and opportunities for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN roles, with a focus on quality and compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Tennessee RN Nursing license required.
• RN with geriatric or facility care experience preferred.
• Ability to apply nursing process in care planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical competency and demonstrates leadership and communication.
• Uses the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementation of care.
• Shows organizational ability to manage workflow and priorities.
• Integrates current practice standards with applicable regulations.

RN Position Highlights

• Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
