Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver 1:1 patient care in Troy, OH. The role offers flexible M-F hours, independent work with team support, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and support families while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in on-call rotations as required by the local branch.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with the patients wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.
