• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with pediatric nursing and home health care is preferred.

• Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
