Job summary

Adoration Health in Savannah, GA is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in home settings. You will develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with a regional team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing practice, with home health or geriatrics preferred. A full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and current, unrestricted license in the state of practice and residence.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record; proof of car insurance per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans in alignment with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
