Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for home health in Mount Sterling, KY. The RN will deliver 1:1 patient care, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with a care team to meet MD orders and patient goals.

The role emphasizes independent practice with team support, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth within Adoration Health and its BrightSpring Health Services network.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program with active license
• One year nursing practice; home health/geriatric experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, driving record, and insurance as per policy
• New grads may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
