Adoration Health in Meridian, MS is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to provide patient-centered care in a full-time role. You will deliver 1:1 nursing care, create and execute home health plans, administer medications, and support families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, offering stability and opportunities for growth within a growing company. A valid RN license, CPR, and a driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• RN degree with current license in state of practice
• 1 year nursing experience in patient care; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license and valid car insurance in accordance with policy
• Current CPR certification

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
