Adoration Health in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health to provide patient-centered care in the home setting. You will assess needs, develop care plans aligned with physician orders, administer medications, and educate families.

This full-time role offers a supportive team, on-call rotation, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications include an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience (home health or geriatrics preferred), valid driver's license, CPR

Qualifications

• RN degree (Assoc or Bachelors) with current license in state of practice.
• One year of nursing practice in patient care settings; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR certification current; new grads considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
